I am new to this and i let temptation get to me at my son gymnastics i had two bags of chips out of the vending machine so now tonight tons of water vegatables and fruit to help get rid of the waste....any ideas for a on the go snack so i dont slip again?????

    Nutri bars or special k bars, a bag of cheerios, don't bring any money with you, a bag of assorted nuts, rice cakes, triscuit snacks, look down the health food isle at the store and see what they have for snackies, they have all kinds of stuff. Now remember if the gymnastics is after supper, no snacking anymore, make sure to eat a balanced meal before you go then you won't be hungry, just take some water and flavor it up with them drink mixes. Good you caught it and said no way, no more. Proud of ya. :)
