I'm really hoping this Slim Quick works for me..nothing else has as of yet && i desperately want to lose at least 20-60 pounds for my Jamaica trip in March (Spring Break)...Now my concern is...how do i follow this plan to the letter when I sleep in the day && work at night? I work from 9pm-6am...(this schedule is the exact reason i put on so much weight..i sit at a computer all night && eat out of boredom)..I sleep from 8am til about 2 or 3pm...when i wake up i do a hr at the gym but tryin to figure out when to eat && when NOT to eat is mind boggling...I just started the 7-day cleanse yesterday and i just want to do it right so my progress will not be slowed down...any advice or suggestions?
