How does someone that works graveyard shift have success with this program...HELP!

I'm really hoping this Slim Quick works for me..nothing else has as of yet && i desperately want to lose at least 20-60 pounds for my Jamaica trip in March (Spring Break)...Now my concern is...how do i follow this plan to the letter when I sleep in the day && work at night? I work from 9pm-6am...(this schedule is the exact reason i put on so much weight..i sit at a computer all night && eat out of boredom)..I sleep from 8am til about 2 or 3pm...when i wake up i do a hr at the gym but tryin to figure out when to eat && when NOT to eat is mind boggling...I just started the 7-day cleanse yesterday and i just want to do it right so my progress will not be slowed down...any advice or suggestions?

    Your daily routine is just opposite to a day time workers. Same thing, when you wake up at about 2 or 3 pm then you are like starting your day so that is when you would take your AM caplets. Eat your 3 meals a day with a snack in between each healthy meal and then no more snacking while at the computer, if you feel like a wee snack then choose a bag of variety of nuts, a bag of cheerios, something you won't eat a huge amount of, just something to pop into your mouth and sort of dissolve it slowly. That is the hard part for most of us.... the snacking and then snacking on all the wrong stuff. Take a bag of cleaned cut up veggies and fruit. This diet works great as long as you stay away from temptations and learn the word NO and walk away from them. Most of the eating is just habit anyway. You are learning new habits and a new life style and a good healthy way of living. So choose healthy snacks and ones not full of salt or sugar if you need a snack, don't boredom eat, if you get bored get up and walk around a bit and take plenty of water, that will help keep you feeing full. You can do this, you just need to stop all that boredom eating, do good stretches and bends while at the computer, keep that body working. Good luck. :)

    Chiks I have to thank you too, cause I am in the same situation as Quen713, am a night nurse, When am home for the four days am good, but while at work 3 nights for 12 hours am so confuse with the eating habits, and the working out habits, so tired, hopefully will get some energy after starting the caplets. but good news though... Lost 6lbs on the detox. Starting the caplet today :)!!!!
