Some lose on the cleanse and some don't, alot depends on if you are eating healthy and exercising as well as getting in your cardio work. You don't mention any of that so hard to say. Drinking plenty of water helps to clean you out as well as make you feel full and so that your body doesn't think no more water is coming so it needs to store all you drink up somewhere.
Thanks - I have been drinking lots of water and I eat healthy. I haven't been doing much cardio yet, but I'm working against a joint problem in my knee so I know that will impact how much I can lose overall. I weighed today and I am down a couple of pounds now, so I'm happy with that.
There ya go, it is them first few pounds you lose that gets your head in the right direction knowing wow this can be done. The sore knee is not a big help to you right now, hopefully it gets better soon. In the meantime go to self.com videos, you will find a bunch of short videos and can choose some that will work for you. That should help you get going for now. :)
