So yesterday was my 30th birthday...and I thought to myself I need to start taking better care of myself and will start but getting back down to a healthy weight....easier said then done right..lol I called my mom and told her about my plans and she suggested SQ to help. So I went out and bought a few SQ products since they can be used together...I like that about this product so far :) Here we are today...I started taking SQ and I was curious if anyone had any good advise on how to stay on track during the day and especially at night..after dinner (thats when I usually have a snack attack). Wish Me Luck :)

Hi, make a daily journal for yourself, like water intake, pills taken, exercise, what you did and how long, weight and measurments. Keep it in your face daily and it will help keep you on track. Healthy eating is very important, no more junk foods, sodas, sugary foods etc. Lots of fruit, veggies, fiber and proteins. Learn the word NO when temptation is trying to get ya. Take back control of your body. It will fight you at first as it is so used to being fed and with all the wrong foods it wants them back, it is up to you to tell your stomach no way, I am in charge now. It gets easier every day to walk away from no good foods. Full body exercises plus 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week then as you get stronger up the times and counts, exercise is very important in weight loss. Count calories for everything you put in your mouth. Go to webmd and under diets get your BMI count, that is calorie intake daily for you to lose weight. If you don't know the calorie count of something go to acaloriecounter.com and type it in and it will tell you how many calories in it. Stick with what it says for you and as you lose weight re set it for your calories daily on webmd. Lean meats only, cut all fat off, no processed foods, little to no red meats, to fatty, no fried foods. Lots of chicken, fish, tuna, salmon, lean ham. Common sense eating. It is hard to give up that night time snacking at first so if you need a snack make a cleaned veggie plate and keep it in the fridge, when the urge comes grab some raw veggies to snack on. Stay focused and ask yourself when temptation comes ... how bad do you want to lose weight... that helps alot. Stay determined and be strong and no feeling sorry for yourself. You will get results with SQ and hard work. It can be done. :)
