i have started the ACTIVE 30 day program... and have already lost a couple pounds... i swim with my daughter 3-4 times a weeks... but is that enough.... the active gives you two days of workouts and then a rest day.. i try to swim on my rest day and then a couple other times.. but i am not sure it is enough... any thing else i can do. i can't make it to a gym as i have no child care after work?
