I have the same problem on getting up in the morning to work out....I was told that in the morning it's good to work out because that is when your cortizol levels are high. I try to get up at 5:30....but just can't seem to get myself up....is there any suggestions on how to motivate to get up in the morning to work out before going to work? I can't work out after work because of classes.
