Am work outs

Before

After

I have the same problem on getting up in the morning to work out....I was told that in the morning it's good to work out because that is when your cortizol levels are high. I try to get up at 5:30....but just can't seem to get myself up....is there any suggestions on how to motivate to get up in the morning to work out before going to work? I can't work out after work because of classes. Thanks

I go outside in the sun... it wakes me up and rejuvenates me... Slimquick Packets also wake me like a cup of coffee without the dehydrating effects...

I'm still working on getting up in the morning too! I used to workout in the morning all the time and I felt great. I'm telling myself that I just have to do it for me. I've put a picture of myself next to my bed. Hoping that will give me that kick I need. After awhile it will be second nature I hope. Good luck!

Morning workouts are best for me. It's hard to get up the first couple of days, but after that it gets easier. I just don't have time to work out in the evenings. By the time I get home its 6:00 p.m., the kids don't go to bed until 8 and 8 workouts are not for me. I would be wired for the rest of the night.

i was working out at 6am with my cousin, it was great i must say. Unfortunately she is not able to work out with me anymore ;0( ... i stopped going for about three days now becasue I'm the type that needs that other person to work out with. so, I bought myself an IPOD recently downloaded music and i will be starting my work outs tomorrow once again in the morning and at night... The morning excersize is the best, (the rest of the day you are with energy) at night is also good to work out (you have a good restfull once you are done)

I am not a morning person at ALL! My goal in starting this program is to work out 3 mornings a week. I work out every night between 45 min and 2 hours sometimes. I used to teach kickboxing at 5:30 in the morning , and then come home to take a nap before work. Maybe I'll try some light cardio in the morning to start but getting up is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard!!!!!!!

I have trouble waking up early too. For about a yr I didn't go into work until 11:30am so working out in the am was easy but now that work starts at 8:30 working out in the am just doesn't happen for me then by the time I get home, cook dinner, and study for my classes any hope of working out goes out the door. I am going to try out my Wii fit and EA Active to maybe get at least a little bit of a workout in in the am because you can set the workout time for whatever time you have available. We'll see how it goes... good luck on your am workouts hope you can figure out a way to make it work.

I reccomend making someone a work out buddy. That works for me. It's easier to hit the snooze when you know that someone else isn't going to be let down by you staying in bed. If you can find someone to wake up with you do it!!! Also, for the first week or so just force yourself to get up. It will be worth it when it becomes habit. Maybe going to bed earlier will help to feel more rested in the morning as well? Or finding time in your day for a quick nap? Good luck!
