30 day shred?

I am at home from the summer - elliptical and treadmill and a set of 5 lb weights but no extra $$ for gym membership just for the summer...i have the 30 day shred, is anyone else doing it?  I'm thinking about doing it every other day - it kicks my butt! and on the day in between do elliptical and carmen electra's aerobic striptease.  don't laugh, one summer i did elliptical and carmen electra and lost 20 lbs; but unfortunately i couldnt keep it off. 

 

just wanted to know if anyone was doing 30 day shred and noticing any results.

    I have the 30 day shred and I love it, don't like the pushups but they do work. I'm starting to like them..... I burned myself out on it when I got it 3 months ago....doing it every day just wasn't for me. I did notice my cardo and my muscle tone was getting better. I didn't lose any weight but I wasn't being all that good with my eating. I'm trying to work on changing my workouts. I get bored fast so I'm working on changing my workout dvd every week. I have the Firm and I have a ball dvd that I use, I also have a elliptical and a incline treadmill. I lost 25 pounds a year and half ago but I've gained it back and then some. I'm having a REALLY hard time getting back it to the swing of things. I really want to loss this weight before my 36 birthday and for my wedding next June. Good luck. I keep tell myself that it's DAY BY DAY!

    yeah, its a lot to take every day; ill be doing it every other day but cardio on the other days. i know what you mean about getting bored, i have all 7 carmen electra dvds on top of the 30 day shred lol. but keep at it- you can lose it once you can do it again!

    I'm going to do cardio after I do the dvd if I can and then the other days just cardo. I havn't tried the electra dvd's. I have a 7 month old puppy that I'm hoping will be my walking buddy. For awhile I might be running! Good luck to you. It's nice to have people to talk to that are going threw the same things I am. Here's to 30 day shred!!!!!!

    I am doing the 30 day shred. It is hard, but I've only done it 4 times in the last week, but I feel like I have more energy and I feel like my body is tighter. Even my abs look a little firmer! Also, I am on the regular SQ. It's only been a week so far, but I have dropped 5 lbs! Good luck everyone! If anyone want to become friends so we can compare results, send me a friend request.
