If you get pains like that then tone down your exercise program, it is most likely muscles that have been sleeping and now you told them to get busy. Give the muscles time to get worked and used then up your exercises to running etc. Go easy at first, you want to wake the muscles up, work then heal on the off exercise days when you first start. Slow and easy and when you feel you can up the time and or counts then do it gradually, a little at a time. You over do it then end up splatted on the sofa for days. :)
