Confused about how much exercise I really need to do

Hi girls, i'm new to SQ, going to start the extreme powder packs when they arrive in another day or two. So, i've been up and down and all around w/ exercise because I read so many different things on the net, CONFUSING! Some say cardio before weights, weights before cardio or either on separate days. I tend to gain muscle easily, so i'm focusing more on cardio vs. weights for now anyway. I'm 138 lbs, my ideal is about 120 or less, so to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs a week, how much cardio should I do each day? I'm keeping my daily caloric intake at between 1200-1500.

    I do 2 sets of 30 min sustained cardio 5 to 6 times a week. Sometimes 45 min sustained cardio on my stepper or on my speed walking days I do 1 hour. Each time with weights on since I have ankle and wrist weights. You are used to cardio work so you can do 2 sets of 30 min each or whatever works for you and if you are using weights for toning then I would do the weights when it is comfortable for you.
