Hi girls, i'm new to SQ, going to start the extreme powder packs when they arrive in another day or two. So, i've been up and down and all around w/ exercise because I read so many different things on the net, CONFUSING! Some say cardio before weights, weights before cardio or either on separate days. I tend to gain muscle easily, so i'm focusing more on cardio vs. weights for now anyway. I'm 138 lbs, my ideal is about 120 or less, so to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs a week, how much cardio should I do each day? I'm keeping my daily caloric intake at between 1200-1500.
