I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not bragging, but simply using these forums as a means for holding myself accountable. I'm terrible about starting things and then getting bored or something and quitting, and I figure if there are people to respond to me who are far enough from my personal life that they can be complete honest/harsh and stuff. So I'm probably going to post here with my workouts from every day.
Today I did week 1, day 1 of the C25K plan. It's 24 minutes of walking and 9 of running. I started a little before 9:30 this morning, and it was warm to say the least. I felt pretty good the whole way through, and had no idea how far I had gone. I got home and mapped my route on GoogleMaps and found out it was 2.6 miles! I shocked myself to find out I was capable of a just under 13 minute mile. I lounged around the house for a bit, then decided I needed to do strength/weights. So I threw in the Firm's "Total Body Time Crunch" workout and did the express version, which is a 25 minute version of it without the cardio intervals.
