    Weight loss should be 1 to 2 pounds a week. That is healthy weight loss. As you know, there is no magic pill that lets you drop pounds by the dozen at any time. Patience is needed in weight loss, it took you a long time to get heavy and will take the same time to get rid of it. SQ gives you that energy to get the exercises and proper eating done. Don't depend so much on the scale, don't jump on it daily. Weekly weigh ins and measurment taking and stay focused and determined, have patience and you will get results. :)
