I haven't tried that one but I do the "Shape 20 Minute Makeouver" but it also has 10 minute toning segments for arms, abs, lower body and cardio. It's perfect. I'm a college student so I can do it a segment here and a segment there through out the day in between classes. I LOVE workout DVDs especially since the gym totally intimidates me.
I have been using the dance one since i discovered i could instant watch it on netflix. ^^ I've only really used the dacne one though cause i dont like the trainer in the others ones i have started and i dont have weights here are school.
i used the ab crunch pilates. it's good. getting my ab lounge tomorrow can't wait.
