Sorry to "beat a deadhorse to death" but I have another walking question. I walk because I have a 22 month old, so I can walk and push her. We have started walking in the mornings now, around 8 when it is cooler. It gets really hot/humid in the mornings now. Anyway, I do not have one of those "walking strollers" I just have the regular travel stroller. We live on a farm. So I walk our farm road, which is a main "back road". The road has hills and is steep in places. I don't do brisk fast pace walks due the stroller. I'm still huffing an puffing to get up the main hill.
Here's my question, will this type of walking work? Right now I can only do about 30 mins worth, my legs start itching!! The added stroller should help with more calories burned, right? I also started, as of yesterday, doing 30 min of other exercise on my Exercise TV. Sorry this is so long, I just wanted to get opinions on my walking!
