I am 19 years old and I actually enjoy getting on a treadmill and running/jogging. Is it enough to just run for about 30 to 45 minutes everyday or do I need to add more exercised to my routine?

    You should do the treadmill like you do and should also add in some full body exercises like crunches, squats, push ups, body swings and bends etc. You want to get all the muscle groups working from head to toe in there.

    Your body will get too used to running for that amount of time/speed after about 4 weeks. You're going to need to increase the intensity and/or the amount of time you spend on the treadmill if you want to avoid hitting a plateau.
