Not sure if anyone has tried her workouts but they are pretty effective. My legs and thighs were burning and I felt like I got a good workout. I did the mile walk today which is 15 minutes and then 5 minutes of stretching at the end.
yeah those are pretty amazing...i lost lots of weight with her a few years ago, i just personally ind her pretty annoying, but you get over that after a while hahah
i love that lady i put music on turn her down and just walk along with her
Yup! Everyone says the same thing - Leslie is annoying after awhile... I lost 30 pounds doing her walking program a few years back. Leslie's program works!
I love her workouts I do the 2 mile workout every morning and I fgeel great. I sometimes try to do it twice a day, but with kids its not easy so I wait for them to go to sleep then I work out....
I have the 2 mile video, really like it.. she keeps you motivated! I love the fact that if you can't afford a treadmill, or can't do the whole gym thing then this is a good route to take (:
