Go to webmd and get your BMI count under diets, that is calorie intake daily for you to lose weight. SQ is great and will help you, it does what it says it will do, give you energy and help suppress hunger, Your exercises and proper eating will get you your work on this road. Go to self.com videos and there you will find a bunch of great exercises for you to choose from for what works for you. There is no such thing as spot exercises, it works doing full body exercises along with 30 min sustained cardio 4 to 5 times a week, as you get stronger you up the time and amounts of all exercises. Lots of fruit, veggies fiber and proteins, little to no red meat, to fatty, no processed foods, no sugary foods, no soda etc. just smart eating. For foods you don't know the calories of go to acaloriecounter.com and type it in at the top and it will tell you how many calories it is. Be strong and say NO to temptation and learn what to walk away from, stay focused and keep a journal of this journey, and determination will get you results. :)
