If you feel sick after working out, it could be a couple of things usually involving your digestive system - you could be dehydrated, or you could have eaten something too close to working out. I can't eat yogurt right before or after I work out - the milk does a number on my stomach.
I was wondering if you are supposed to eat before working out in the morning. I am starving everyday when I get up. This is only my first day on Slimquick though. But not eating before working out made me feel really sick and so did not eating soon enough after working out in the evening.
