i cant exercise for the life of me my life is to busy...school...job...one newborn...a boyfriend who brings me down alot...i need some help:(
All of our lives are busy sweetie, we are here for you. Are you breastfeeding the new baby? If so then don't take any diet supplements until after you stop. It is really hard to fit everything into a day when you need to get exercises done. Here is what alot of the new mom's do. For crunches put the baby on your tummy and do crunches. You can do crunches, stretches etc just before bedtime or just before school. Exercising is one of the keys to weight loss and very important to squeeze in somewhere during the day. Try really hard to fit it in. Plus I don't know how your boyfriend is bringing you down but you need to take back control of you, a good sit down chat helps when you explain this is you and this is what you will be doing and that's it, the boyfriend can watch the baby while you have your time doing exercises etc. Sometimes we need to actually make life all about us and stop being always there for everyone else. Most weight gain is from not taking care of ourselves and doing for everyone else, eating alot of the time was used as stress relief, you are trying to lose the baby weight gain I am presuming, so you just get your boyfriend to help out and make time for you, you are important and need to find release and make some time for just you. Take a big breath, plan out your days routine including everything and find places you can fit your boyfriend in to be a big help for you, he can learn to feed, change diapers and look after the baby for you. Set your goals and even if you have to put up a daily routine on the fridge for you and what you will be doing and what your boyfriend will be doing and stick to it. You are worth it, I know it is really hard but determination is a wonderful thing. Take control. :)
thank you:Dthat really helps
I am so with you on the busy life. just went back to school, baby at home, trying to work, no help from anyone but my husband (who is actually great). the last time we had a babysitter was 2 months ago for a doctors appointment I had and then we had a quick sub for our anniversary supper (yes that was our whole time together for our 3 year anniversary.) getting exercise in is tough. but there is time in the day somewhere. the real key is finding it. it is there somewhere. I just got this email about 10 sneaky ways to lose weight. it was kinda interesting plus it had 10 minute fitness. no 10 minutes isn't a lot, BUT it is still better than NONE. ( http://www.dailyspark.com/blog.asp?post=10_sneaky_ways_to_get_fit_and_healthywithout_really_trying ) go to that link. It tells you about getting more fruit and veggies, doing little things throughout the day that are actually exercises such as keeping good posture. that actually works your abs. and also (yes i am going to be that person) Dr. Oz had recently said even fidgeting is burning calories for you. so fidget like crazy no matter where you are. he says this because moving anything is keeping your muscles working. dr oz has some great weight loss tips as well. for the VERY busy moms, sometimes adding baby like chiks said, is the only way. it's great for baby too. they think you are playing. make lots of funny faces and sounds. I started this when my son was 3 mmonths old (i had a section and couldn't do much before) and still do it with him at 17 months. as he gains weight as does the resistance. take a breath. you can do this. small things at a time. start with eatting right. add some exercise, then try to find more time to add more rigorous exercise in. you can do this. really you can. plus exercising gives you a lot of energy to be able to play with your little one..
