Thats amazing. What all do you do? I dont have ondemand sadly. Cant afford it. But what all do you do? Becuase i would so love to try it!
hey...what channel is it? I think i have ondemand hahaa it through time warner digital cable right? I never really watch a lot of tv so i have no clue...t took me honestly a few months before i figured out how to turn our new tv on!!
yes it it thru time warner and if u go to channel one it will take u right to ondemand and its on fitness and sports i think and u can go to most popular and find it there they have a longer one then the 7 minute one but im waiting to do that one cuz i get way outta breath with the 7 minute one lol. i also do the walking one with this lady name leslie sansone u can also buy her dvd at target for like 13 or 14 dollars
