Hello ladies! I know a lot of you belong to a gym...so I'd like to sare my newest fascination hahaha...i LOVE the stair stepper. I admit, I was very intimidated to get on one of those in a gym, but I started using it last week and 1.) i lost 3 pounds (when i normally only lose about 1-2 pounds a week) and 2. i can seriously tell a difference in my legs, hips and behind! I lost an inch off of my thigh alone in just this week! So for anyone who has access to a stair stepper...step step step away!!!!
