I have officially reached my first week and wanted to report that although I saw a weight gain of 1/2 lbs I am not discouraged. I did the cleanse (and I am still amazed at the effectivess of it). It's still working!!!! I do feel that my big belly is shringing though, it could be my imagine, but it motivates me (LOL). I have exercised all week long (I am currently brisk walking 4 miles every other day). I needed to jump start my exercise and tonight will be my first night of cardio. I am trying to keep my calories to 1200 a day but finding it difficult (I don't get 1200 calories in, its usually 1150-1175 a day). Can someone give me some advise on getting to my target caloric intake. I am also writing down everything that I eat and I eat 6 times a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 small snacks.
