I just got the Wii Fit Plus to add on to some stuff I already own. I still like the rhythm boxing a lot from the original and the stepping games. Ten minutes of the boxing (max level) burns about 50 calories! YAY! I like the marching band and the rhythm kung fu on the Wii Fit Plus. I like that the new version calculates how many calories you are burning as well as how long. I have the Wii Active as well and really like the aerobic workouts on there. Especially the boxing and tennis.
I love the Wii active. It has that great 30 day challenge that keeps you going plus gets you to fill in other activity and nutrition to give you a score over all. And then there are the trophies you win for doing so many hours or burning so many calories. It gives you something to aim for. I love the fit too. It's all good. PLus there is one Jillian Michaels. That has some pretty kickin workouts on it. It gets you going. I like to mix them all up so I don't get too bored. But it really is a great thing for people who are just kinda whatever for the videos but need something to keep it fun.
i have that active too i think ill wait 1 month till im a little more loosened then go back to it again. i like some of it but i had trouble with the leg strap and alot of times the motion wouldnt pick up and it was frustrating.
Yeah that leg strap is a pain sometimes. I made a few custom workout routines with mainly excersises that don't use it. I didn't know there was a Jillian Michaels one for the Wii... I will have to look for that!
