    Hi chrgrly89! The cycles are a little bit confusing. I will do my best to explain it. I will use the advanced training as an example (it can be found here: http://www.myslimquick.com/activity/advanced). For cycle 1, you would do your lower with the squat hugging swiss ball, then your upper with the dumbell press and then upper with the bent over dumbell rows (all that are numbered 1), then you move on the exercises numbered 2, then 3 when they indicate you do 3 cycles. If it indicates to do 2 cycles, you would do all exerices labelled 1 then move on to all the exercises labelled 2. If it tells you to do 5 cycles, then you would do all exercices labelled 1, then 2, then 3, then you would go back to doing the exercises labelled 1, then those labelled 2 (those last 2 would be considere your 4th and 5th cycle respectively).
