When I first tried this, I cut the recipe in half, but still found it a bit too thick for my taste and I think the calorie amount is way too high, so I then made these alterations: I used 1/4 the cottage cheese and substituted half the yogurt with ice water and substituted 1/2 the raisins with 1 1/2 packets of splenda. This made it thinner with less calories and still sweet enough to enjoy and filling enough that it didn't make me want to go on a binge.

I made this for myself and my three kids (ages 13, 6, and 3). I wasn't sure about adding cottage cheese to the other items, but thought we'd give it a try as indicated. After the first bite, my 6-year-old stated, "This is the best food ever!" It was a hit, but was just too much for everyone! We could likely half it and have enough, though when my husband returns we can try the full batch again.

This felt very heavy to me... I think 1/2 recipe would be enough. Tasted great though -- and was healthy!

I liked it. It can be worked on though. Maybe 1/2 the yogurt and 1/2 skim milk.

I found this to be too thick! I added less raisins- just 1 tablespoon for one serving so I thinned it down with skim milk. It was really tasty.
