My Daughter and I don't like Blueberries we thought it would be overwhelming with them and to our Surprise the blueberries were very calm in this Smoothie now it is one of our morning Favorites. Thanks Great recipe

Very Good! Not too thick and very tasteful. Enjoyed it very much. I was confused at first that this was for a serving for two people; I could have easily drank all of it because it was that good. LOL

I have this for breakfast every morning. I usually use frozen banana slices and no ice. And I've been using vanilla whey protein powder, which seems to work very well. It says it's supposed to serve 2, but I don't share it with anyone. If I only had half, I don't think it would fill me up.

I'm lactose intolerant so I exchanged the milk for soy milk (I also didn't have any protein powder). The soy protein kept me just as energized.

I made this as is, and even though I hate blueberries I still loved it! The banana really is the most flavor you taste It's very delouses! I didn't have the protein powder so i added 2tbs of peanut butter instead.

If you have gluten and/or dairy issues...I rec'd using the peanut or almond butter in place of the whey protein (great idea as posted above) as it will help you stay full much longer. Also, in place of the standard milk, consider using almond milk. It has a great taste and is so much healthier than cow's milk. You will get the antioxidant benefit benefits along with the protein. Plus, almond milk is made with cane sugar...so a more natural product. You won't even be able to taste the difference. All of these changes trade out to the exact same measurements as the original recipe...for whey, use 1 TBL. nut butter.

Love this. I drink it every morning. I do 1/2 banana (my daughter eats the other half), 1/4c blueberries, 2-3 strawberries, 3 ice cubes, 1/2c 1% milk, and 1Tbsp peanut butter. Sooo good, and has helped me loose 4 pounds already!

Pretty tasty! I didn't have ice cubes so mine kinda tasted like a milkshake (don't ask why I was out of ice cubes!)

I put in a capfull of real vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamin and a capfull of healthy Udo's oil (aids in the fat burn). I also freeze the bannana as mentioned above.

Very good, I used light soymilk instead of regular milks and it was still great.
