I see the Mix &amp; Match diet is recommended, however, I travel for work and I can't always get the items on the diet. This is what I've had this week so far: Monday - Breakfast = whey protein shake with fat free milk and banana, Snack = Greek yogurt with 1/4c almonds, Lunch = mixed greens, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, turkey, 1Tbs balsamic vinaigrette, Snack = 1 apple, 1 Tbs Peanut Butter Dinner = Grilled Chicken and steamed broccoli in coconut curry sauce. Post work out whey protein and glutemine before bed. Tuesday - Breakfast = 1/2 whey protein shake with fat free milk and banana, 2 boiled eggs, Snack = Greek yogurt with 1/4c almonds, Lunch = mixed greens, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, turkey, 1Tbs balsamic vinaigrette, Snack = 1 apple Dinner = Grilled Chicken, guac, and refried beans Wednesday - Breakfast = 1/2 whey protein shake with fat free milk, 2 boiled eggs Snack = Greek yogurt with 1/4c almonds Lunch = mixed greens, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, turkey, 1Tbs balsamic vinaigrette, Snack = 1 apple, 1 Tbs Dinner = my own simple Shrimp gumbo (1 can low sodium chicken broth, 1 can rotel, 1 can black beans) If I continue eating lean meats, non-fat dairy, vegetables, limited fruit, nuts, slow carb legumes, and whey protein, will I achieve weight loss/fat loss? In the first week I lost 6 pounds! I am losing almost a pound a day, every day. I will admit that I have trouble forcing myself to eat the amount of calories that it says considering I feel like a diet should have a lot less calories, and now that I have lost this much weight I would hate to up my calories and not see my weight go down as much. I weighed myself this morning (on day 9) and the scale said I was 131.4! This is great, I cant wait to be in the 120's again. I dont know what a healthy weight is for someone my size but I want to be 115 or 120. (I will probably go for 115 once I see that I can make it to 120 so easily) I have had to keep this a secret from a lot of people though because most people dont think I need to lose weight and would frown upon me doing this. (how bad is it to take these if you are not 18?) I think that this is a great product, and I am very happy with the results. I can actually see myself being my goal weight by summer!
What are the consequences to not eating enough calories?

I live in Fayetteville, AR and work on campus at the University of Arkansas. We have one of the top track programs in the nation and a lot of kids around here run (everything is up hill). We are between sessions right now and the campus is pretty much empty except for faculty and staff. But low and behold, I saw two girls running this morning that had on their little shorty-shorts and sports bras and it just made me want to run them over and eat a piece of cheesecake! Let's see how early they get up and run and how good they look after having 4 kids!! I'm on day 4 of the cleanse and I haven't noticed any difference! I've been working out/eating well for the past 3 weeks and I've been stuck at the same weight, 153. So I decided to give the cleanse a try. I did notice today thought that I had a lot more energy when working out, so I was able to push harder and go faster. So thats a plus!

So now I'm thinking of taking the next step and starting another slim quick product after i'm done the cleanse. Just wondering what you ladies recommend! 

Like I said, im at 153lbs currently and my goal is to be around 135-140. I'm going on vacation to California in August so my goal is to feel confident in a bikini! So I don't thin I need the razor....

Was up for almost 38 hours straight. Today i started the 2 pills twice a day and i feel like im at a limitless supply of energy. Typically after gping to the gym, attending class and working a 12 hour shift im wiped out but not today! =] i went to the mall for some shopping, saw a movie with my boyfriend and then went grocery shopping, at the end of tonight ive still have the push to do laundry dishes and tidy the bedroom.

I have cut out all unnessary sugars and fats from my eating plan and drink more water and teas.  Doing more exercising by parking on the far side of the parking lots and walking the 2 miles to the post office and the 3 blocks back and forth to Church.  Little changes or "Editing" some of the things we do will ultimately pay off big.  Not only am I changing habits, I'm saving gas as well.
