I called my mom and told her about my plans and she suggested SQ to help. So I went out and bought a few SQ products since they can be used together...I like that  about this product so far :)
Here we are today...I started taking SQ and I was curious if anyone had any good advise on how to stay on track during the day and especially at night..after dinner (thats when I usually have a snack attack).

I joined a women's workout world, it's in the same building as my school which is convenient.  Last week I lost 10 pounds which really drained me this week I'm also fighting the flu symptoms from getting the H1N1 vaccine. I have lost 40 lbs and I SQ has alot to do with this.. well I workout too but it helps you.. it really does.. I ran for 3 miles and I walked the other 2.. total cardio 5 miles ..!! Several family members of mine and a few old class mates started telling me that I will never reach my goal of getting fit and loosing 30-35 pounds. All they were telling me is that I would never stay with a diet and exercise plan but I am proving them wrong. I was always told when I was young that I would always be fat , never find someone that would truly love me for me, never graduate from high school and that I would have 3-4 kids by the time I turned 21 but I have proven so many people wrong. I did graduate high school(when I was supposed to), I have found someone that loves me for the person I am on the inside and I am 26 almost 27 and I only have one child. As far as being fat...I have been over weight most of my life and I am going to change that. I don't want to be like some of my relatives and be in a 3x at the age of 50. I know that some of this makes no since to some but to the rest I hope that my life can be helpful to you. I have finally realized that I can not be happy with the rest of the world untill I am happy with myself. Untill I am truly happy with me I can not be truly happy with the people that are in my life and I comunicate with everyday.  I know that I have people cheering me on and people wishing that I fail, but I am going to keep my head held high and not let anything stand in my way. Oh and before I finish with this post...me and my fiance' have decided when I am happy with myself and I reach my goal then we will start planning our wedding. But the main thing is that I have to be happy with myself. Had a great time at Disney and behaved myself on my diet.  Did a  lot of walking and I am really sore.  Have a bad hell spur that needs surgery.  But other than that, I only gained about 2 pounds back.  Maybe muscle.  ANd I made sure not to do any cheating.

My one concern is trying to do this while on a college meal plan. I buy food whenever I can (mostly Healthy Choice and WW meals), but since I'm a college student without a job it's pretty impossible to pay for and cook food for every meal. I have not fallen off the planet, just off the wagon! LOL So, DH and I came up with a plan for a few things tonight: 1. we are getting some of our finacial stuff sorted out (need to get our credit cards paid off, and get our savings started UGH). 2. we came up with  list of things that we need to do around the house before we.....PUT IT ON THE MARKET!!! I am so excited to have that in the near future beacuse 3. we are starting to try for baby number 2 after my Feb monthly! I am so excited. Also, tomorrow I am going to the doc cause I have now JUST realized why I have not been losing very much weight- I am on anti anxitey meds, and a side effect is weight gain. I have set a goal right now for 2lbs a week until feb (losing! LOL). I also thought, again, that I was preggo (stupid body) and didn't want to take the pills if I was. Now that I KNOW i am not (on monthly right now!) I am hopping back on that wagon tomorrow morning. We made a very ambisious goal for this week-to get all the outside stuff done, that we have put off since the summer! UGH. that in itself will be a good workout! Hubs is on the game system right now, otherwise I would update my weight (yes i have slacked on the Wii Fit too!) Heres hoping that tomorrow will bring good news and I will be able to drop some of this weight.
